L’INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY, 

a gateway into French higher education institutions for international students.

French or English language acquisition, English for cultural adaptation, academic acculturation: 3 tracks, 3 to 6 summer programmes. General French (A1 to C2 level), French or English for academic purposes and methodology, national and regional culture, cross-cultural interaction. In addition with a welcome service, administrative support and insight into educational integration.

From conception to implementation, everything is coordinated by Communauté d'Universités et Établissements (ComUE) Lille Nord de France International Relations services, the language teachers and other academics, together with the participation of Enrollment Services and Office of Student Services (CROUS, etc). The quality of training and its relevance is all the more guaranteed by this pooling of resources.

• The contents shared by the programmes: 12 combined units (2/3 General French, Academic French or English, French or English for Specific Purposes, 1/3 Culture and Intercultural Communication).​
• Every programme takes into account the language level of the students concerned and their field of study.
• For all programmes, tuition fees are to be paid to the COMUE LNF institution the student is enrolled in : 10 euros per hour.

• 9 sessions (held at École Supérieure de Journalisme de Lille, École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers de Lille and Sciences Po Lille).
• 46 training programmes and 12,300 hours of training.
• 909 students (75% engineering students) and 44 nationalities.
• 36 partner French universities and graduate schools.
• 90 academics, language teachers and professionals from all ComUE LNF institutions (per session).
